When I first opened the package I was so excited, thes shoes come folded in a little silver bag inside a pretty box. I loved the split sole and the leather felt nice. Then I tried them on. : I have wide feet, and these were too wide for me! The elastic/ribbon around the edges is very uncomfortable and rubbed against my instep. Much more toe cleavage than I would expect with a ballet flat, too. Unless you have really wide feet, I'd look for something else.
