I will never buy a shoe from Amazon or a jobber from Amazon again. Love buying from Amazon but when it comes to unpredictable shoe sized there is no exceptions. Zappos never charges for returns for their shoes. I have purchased shoes before and never had a size qoute until now. I never in effect worried about a return payment because of my experience. However, since shoes run differently and there is no way to try them on I was shocked when I was expensed for a return. Shoes should be an exception. I have returned shoes to Zappos in the past, very fast returns and replacements. I decided to give Amazon a try and will learn from this mistake. The fancy for the present is for the buyer to beware that these size 14 fit very snug at the toe and at the width. I very rarely buy a size larger or a different width. These I could have in effect gone to a 15. Impressed whole with shoe, good look, suede feel and appeared somewhat rugged. However, buy the right size or you will have to pay or live with it.
